Complete waste of money

Unless you live in America (the only country this app supports with any usefulness), this app is a complete joke.
I get the exact same updates and tracking from the websites of the shipping companies.
Ive currently got a package out for delivery and this garbage app is telling me the delivery truck has been parked in one place in my city for almost 6 hours; before that, it told me I wouldnt even get the package today.
A package I received yesterday arrived, despite this app telling me it would arrive today.

This is the most unreliable app Ive ever used.
Your money would be better spent on a rock. A rock you could throw at the head of whoever made this app.
