Its a good application. Great even, but its plagued by an inexplicable lack of pretty much all local carriers. Mails to the support team have been thoroughly and professionally ignored. Right now its a (paid) well designed tracking app that does not let me track my packages.

Please add SDA and Bartolini for Italy. Theyre the most common couriers here.

I love when developers update their products to keep them relevant with Apples iOS. I know I can count on this app working with iOS 20 and beyond.

Even after the update, the app still doesnt play well with Amazon orders. Those are 85-90% of the shipments I need to track, so the app is now almost worthless. Do not buy this if you use Amazon, unless you dont care about tracking packages and deliveries.

Ive used this app (plus the desktop widget) for a few years now. I love it. There are significant improvements added on a regular basis in order to keep up with the ever-changing landscape of package delivery.

This app is very handy. I can view all of my tracking in one place and it will even show where it is on a map. I have it on my iPhone, iPad and Mac which I got on the Mac App Store. I like that it sends me notifications if I enable that and can also have it added to my calendar when it will arrive if I choose to enable that in settings. When the package is delivered it shows up with a nice check mark. I really like this app and am glad I got it. I also got the mac app of deliveries. I got this app for the iPhone and works great on the iPad. I only needed to buy this once and works on both my iPhone and iPad

Should have the capability to log into our accounts and stay logged in. And the orders/deliveries automatic show up in the app.

I absolutely love this app! Ive been using it for a couple of years now and it is continually updated and improved. The Amazon.com integration is so easy and well done. I enjoy having that feature since most of my packages come through Amazon (guilty). This is well done and like a fine wine keeps getting better with age. Bravo!

Was hoping to be notified when packages were delivered but Deliveries dings for every single update during transit. There is so much work involved. You need to add the tracking info or share it to the app and then its kind of hard to figure out whats been delivered today cause you have an endless list of items that just show "delivered" with no date. Items coming show 0, 1, 2 days but delivered just shows "Delivered". What came today? Who knows? I just want to know what was delivered today, yesterday. Search for a specific date. Search for a tracking number. Are ally wish I could filter by date or carrier. Also, theres a map that shows where the package is which seems completely pointless. Would be nice if it showed a photo of the items, especially for Amazon orders or the progress of the delivery. Lastly and most important, Id really like to make a note or two sometimes. Nope. Cant do that. I dont think this has made my life any easier.

Why do I need to sign in to Amazon multiple times a day to track an Amazon package?

App wont allow me to sign into Amazon to track packages, makes this app all but useless.

Latest update seems to have broken Amazon tracking

Users have been asking for the same improvements for years, but the developer refuses to listen to us. Any intelligent business owner is smart enough to know that the best market research you will ever receive comes from the people who actually USE your product. But I guess this guy is too proud to listen to the people who actually paid for and use this app every day in the real world. Thats too bad. 1) The delivery updates from this app are always many hours after the package actually arrives. Other tracking apps that I use to monitor the same deliveries (for comparison purposes) pop up a delivery message right away, but this app lags hours behind. 2) Theres no swipe gesture to delete a delivery item. Honestly it boggles my mind why the developer refuses to add this simple but much-needed feature. We can swipe to archive an item, so hooray for that. But why in the world can we not swipe further or swipe in the opposite direction to delete an item? Instead, deleting every single item takes at least FOUR taps. You have to drill all the way down into the items details to delete it. This is just lazy and pathetic on the developers part! Yes, there are some deliveries that I do want to archive and keep a record of forever, but there are plenty of other deliveries that I DONT need to keep a record of at all. If Ive ordered laundry detergent from Amazon and Im now holding it in my hands, I DONT NEED to keep proof of that delivery anymore! This guy has gone out of his way to make it difficult for us to delete deliveries. I dont understand for the life of me why! 3) For some bizarre reason, the developer has chosen a totally cryptic method for looking up archived items. Instead of just having a tabbed button to easily and quickly switch between active and archived deliveries, you have to a) tap in the search bar, then b) type in a space, and then c) press return. How in Gods green earth does that make sense to ANYONE? For the love of God, give us a more intuitive way to see our archived items! Yes, this is the prettiest delivery app I have found, but thats where my love affair with it begins and ends. Weve been asking for these changes for years, but theyre clearly never going to come! Im switching to ParcelTrack. Even though its not quite as pretty as Deliveries, it does offer all the above features, and they work perfectly. Goodbye Deliveries!

I cant sign in using iPad. Works fine on my iPhone. Also, why do we really need this on an Apple Watch? Seems to me that there are much better features that can be worked on instead of incorporating the Apple Watch.

Wont log in became totally useless

Great, the fact that I can sync across all my devices with junecloud makes this app phenomenal. Just wish I could see the full tracking history without having to click on view details online.

As others have noted in their reviews, you now have to sign in with Amazon every time you want to check on an order.

I have loved this app for years, and it has worked very well for me, however, lately none of my Amazon orders are tracking
