Overall, this app is great but a few things hold it back. First off iOS 10 support please in the widgets, make it take up less space, I like the parcel app because of these. No need for giant numbers. Also speed up tracking time. For example, Ill have the package in my hand for two hours sometimes before the notification says it arrives.

Hate that I have to log into amazon many times during the day to use this. Used to be a great app not very good now

This app was great until the last update and now the app is freezing on an iPhone 7 plus.

The most recent update has made it so that Im asked to sign in to Amazon multiple times while packages are in transit, on all three devices I use the app on. Fix soon?

In 2016 one would think this app could look up deliveries by account. But no. You TYPE them into app or forward email. Bad. Refund coming

This app is one of the best apps for tracking packages, but now with the release of iOS 10, I feel like this app needs an updated widget from spotlight and also 3D Touch. I was thinking that this app can have a new widget showing the location of the package on a map rather than showing the number of days it takes to arrive. That would be so much better.

The app simply does not work well with iOS 10 and the widget looks out of place with the new ui. There is really no excuse for an update to take so long to come out. It has now been almost a month since iOS 10 was released(September 13th-today October 12th). A responsible developer should have worked on the app during the iOS beta phase to have it available in a working state as soon as possible. First beta was released to developers on June 13th and a public beta available to everyone came out on July 7th, thats 121 days or 97 days ago. Since we dont have an update yet the developer is either ignoring/abandoning this app or is not competent enough to produce the update.

Used to work great. However it has been a little more while since it worked correctly. Updates do not come in a timely fashion at all. For example the current package I have order is 2 steps behind on the tracking information I can find on the usps website. For what it cost this app should work. The great thing about this app was that you had when had multiple things headed towards you you could find all info in one place easily. Now I am back to checking each the tracking info for each individual package. Update please!

This app used to be great but if it asks me one more time to "sign into my Amazon account" and then freezes screwing up my whole phone. Not cool. Not cool and theyre not releasing any updates or any news to fix it. Cant imagine its just me. Annoyed I paid for a whole year of synchronization services too when I cant use it. Time to find another app...

Works as expected, syncs between my ipad/iphone instantly. Widget feature is really good. Overall 5-star app.

Not anymore as it no longer tracks amazon packages.

Ive had this app for over a year now and The only problem i have is that the notifications never work. I always check my settings making sure all the notifications are set up and still nothing. I have to manually check my packages every time. Other then that this app is great. Once its fix i would give it 5 stars. Btw Im using this app on a 6 plus, not some old model.

Ive had this app for close to a year now and trusted this app until this morning Got a notice from UPS notifying me that I had a package scheduled for tomorrow, when I looked at Deliveries it says that its scheduled for next Friday and obviously the app does not show the updated tracking info even though it says updated a moment ago. I am left to belief that it does not give you real time updates

Do you have a lot of deliveries? Use this. Do you have a few? Use this. Know when your packages show up, keep track of your Amazon orders — generally keep on top of things. I love this app, and you will too.

PLEASE fix the notification issue, I have used this app for years and it worked fine until I bought my new iPad Pro and upgraded to IOS 9 now I cannot get notifications to work. I have corresponded with Junecloud but all I know is that at first they were reluctant to admit there was an issue and then finally after going back and forth a number of times they are "contacting the developer". I really want this to work again. Edit: They have not provided me with any further updates. Because I really love the overall implementation of their interface I had to resort to buying another tracking app just to be able to get notifications. This is really a poor way to treat your customers. I wish I could take away that last star. Edit: Thank you for the update, the new features are really nice and notifications have started to work again. I think that this is the best by far of the tracking apps that I have used but due to the lack of interaction from Junecloud in working with me to resolve my problem I am limiting my rating to four stars. Edit: well after two updates in the last two weeks and the new features and fixes I am restoring the last star. Even though I think their support leaves something to be desired they certainly have come through. Notification are back to where they were, Amazon interaction is much better, the map tracking feature is also improved. This IS THE BEST package tracking app on the store.

Doesnt do anything

I was hesitant to spend $5 on this but it works well and I do like the app. In the long run I guess its just 5 bucks...

Push notifications dont work. The whole purpose i bougth this App was to receive automatic notifications whenever the status of my deliveries change. I have to open this App and refresh to know the tracking status!!! I lost the money i paid for this.

No notifications whatsoever. Worse than some of the free apps out there.

Exceptionally easy to use and very helpful. Paste in a tacking number and it does a great job at figuring out the shipper. Excellent display of all packages in route. Much easier than going through proprietary shipping companys web pages, and dealing with their odd interface or having to sign up for their email filling service
